Few lines of profound spiritual wisdom from Guru Granth Sahib

सुखमन महल करें जो डेरा।
ताको भवजल बहुर ना फेरा।।

The being that traverses the Sushumna Nadi attains immortality, freed from the cycles of birth and death. Final liberation (Moksha/ Nirvana) is achieved only through the central / straight path of Sushumna.

जो प्राणी सुषुम्ना नाड़ी में चला जाता है वह अमर हो जाता है। उसे जन्म मरण में नहीं आना पड़ता। अर्थात मुक्ति का मार्ग सुषुम्ना से होकर ही जाता है।
